The Role:
We are currently seeking a Customer Services Assistant to join our small, friendly and dynamic team, based at Rothwell in Lincolnshire. The successful candidate will help deliver excellence in customer services to both our wholesale distributors, retail customers and field sales team. For the right candidate flexible Hours and working days would be considered.
Job Description:
- The role includes maintaining an efficient and accurate response to our customer’s requirements.
- Using a bespoke computer system for order entry.
- Excellent organisational and administration skills, accuracy and attention to detail are all vital for this role.
- Answering telephone calls and emails.
- General Administration.
Key Features:
- Full clean driving license and own transport.
- Two years’ experience in similar role.
- Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office is essential.
- Experience of using operating systems such as AX / SAP is an advantage.
- Excellent phone manner.
